Originally from South Carolina, I graduated from Winthrop University with a BA in Dance Performance and received a MA of Education in Curriculum & Instruction emphasizing

Arts Integration from Lesley University.

 

It is my great privilege and honor to enter my nineteenth year as director of the MHS dance program. Over the years I have watched this program grow and I am truly excited about the direction in which we are headed. I am dedicated to helping foster a program which develops the whole artist. Dance is powerful. The power of movement can change lives. I believe the MHS dance program does just that. I encourage all of my students to find their voice and make sure that it is heard through the dances that they create and perform in.
